Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Review the notice for completeness and validity
2. Investigate the claim of infringement
3. Remove the allegedly infringing content within 48 hours if valid
4. Notify the content provider of the removal
5. Maintain records of all DMCA notices as required by law

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:

• Your identification and contact information
• Identification of the content removed
• Statement that you have good faith belief the removal was mistaken
• Your signature under penalty of perjury

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, it is our policy to terminate users who are repeat infringers. If a user submits content that repeatedly infringes copyrights, we will take appropriate action including permanent removal and account termination.
